Great product, but be patient fitting it.
You need to open up the motor to remove any bits of the old mast that are left in. It's easiest to do this by moving the battery out of the way so you can get in about it (just disconnect the earth wire only to give a bit of leeway).
Watch out putting the thing back together though - all the screws need to go back in place or you may find there's no power to the stereo!
Lastly, when feeding the mast into the unit I found it needed quite a bit of encouragement to get it to attach itself. The gentle approach didn't really work.
