Seems my story is similar. I have an NC with Bose syetem. The audio input via 3.5mm jack works just great. However the USB input has been nothing short of a pain in the butt. The first time I tried it it worked. I put songs in to the 6 folders as suggested and all was great. I then went and added extra songs and it didnt work any longer. I had to reformat the usb drive and start again to get it to work again, though once I added more songs it stopped again. If anyone has had success using the USB input I would love to know what you have done. At this stage I wouldnt recommend the product to anyone unless you want an expensive audio input.
MX5Parts tried to help me but couldnt come up with an answer either. Since the unit doesnt come with instructions and they dont seem to be able to get any support from a manufacturer the whole thing is very frustrating. I have friends and other club members waiting on the results of my unit before they buy. Hope we can sort it out. Rating: 1 of 5 Stars! [1 of 5 Stars!]
