IL Motorsport have worked together with one of the leaders in hydraulic lifters world wide to produce this new system for the Mk3/3.5. The system is installed using all the existing mounting points, no drilling is required. The lifters themselves are chromed and come with a 2 year waranty.

The result is superb. The bonnet lifts with no effort, with the lifters even having a 'slowing' effect as the bonnet reaches the fully open position. The lifters are strong enough to hold the bonnet open even in strong wind, yet have minimal resistance when closing :-)
