very dissatisfied with current purchase. sent the wrong side mirror cover which was not my mistake. however cannot get a replacement until i return the incorrect one or pay for another and get a refund when they receive the returned item.i am now driving around with odd mirror covers for about a week. why is it honest people always suffer for the ones who are dishonest. not happy at all about this situation.
Editors Note: We are not happy with the situation either, but I am afraid that the 'selfish few' have spoiled it for the 'honest many'. We have had so many instances in the past where we have bent over backwards to help customers, sending them expensive parts 'on trust' only to never hear from them again! We always cover all costs if its our fault, and will always deal with the matter quickly and honestly. We live by our reputation.
