Differential / Limited Slip Diff Oil, 1 Ltr 

Fully synthetic SHC 75W-90 diff oil suitable for all models. Recommended upgrade to the standard mineral oil. Quantities required do vary between models so please see below.

Mk1 early 1600, up to 1994 - 0.65 ltrs

Mk1 1600/1800 1994 on - 1 ltr

Mk2/2.5 all models 1998>2005 - 1 ltr

Mk3 all models 2005>2008 - 0.7 ltrs

Please note, the Mk3 diff was filled with 0.7 ltrs at the factory plus or minus 0.1 ltrs. This should leave the oil level 10-12mm below the level of the fill hole which is quite acceptable. If however the the oil is filled up to the level of the fill hole, it will not have any adverse effects on the function or performance of the vehicle. All Mk1,Mk2/2.5 models should be filled to the fill hole level.
