Great product, worked a treat! and delivered very quickly as always.

I'd been shamefully climbing over the seats of my R Ltd for over a month as I'd been putting off sorting out my stuck shut drivers door - stupid as it was a piece of cake and took about an hour including finding tools (only needed needle nose plyers, a largish stubby philips and a thin small flat screwdriver in the end), and looking up some very helpful pics on the mx5oc forum (http://www.mx5oc.co.uk/forum/forums/t/269.aspx).

I got the door card off no problem, the popper things came apart fairly easily carefully using my fingers. It took me a while to get the door open, eventually I worked out which lever to pull. I think I'd pulled the right lever early on but had accidently locked it without realising so it didn't work (doh!), it took me a while to figure out what I'd done but I got there in the end!

Anyway I managed to get the new spring in ok, I did the outer end first, used the small screw driver to hook the other end near the hole it goes in (pretty easy to see this when you're looking at it), it stayed in place near the hole long enough to get my hand in and guide it home. BINGO! a working door.

I sprayed some spray grease on anything that moves to try an protect and lubricate everything, and it went back together a treat, even all the poppers popped back in!

£6 inc postage for a simple little spring is a tiny bit steep, but a fixed door for £6 is a total bargain so 5 stars from me - wish I'd done it a month ago lol. Rating: 5 of 5 Stars! [5 of 5 Stars!]
