Ordered brake pads and discs for MX-5. Despite having an authorised credit card payment (i verified myself by phoning and checking), your sales department declined the payment because of an incorrect address match on \'another database\'. After calling the credit card company second time and confirming all my details were correct, your sales representative arrogantly insisted that i need to sort out my personal details with the card company. After an hour of speaking to a brick wall, I cancelled the order. A nightmare to try and place an order!
Editors Note: I would normally delete this review as it has nothing to do with the product, but as its customer service related, I thought I should reply.
For the security of our customers and ourselves, we run a full security check on every order. We check with your card issuer that the address that you have given to us as your \'card address\' matches in every detail with the address that they have on file. If it does not, we will not process your order. It is as simple as that.
We do not refuse your order because we \'want to\', but if your card provider tells us that the addresses do not match, it is in your interests as well as ours, to refuse your order. I am afraid that you should really be taking issue with your card provider, not us.
