I bought my first Haynes Manual back in the early 70's for my first Mini, they are adequate and get a competent person by. However they don't appear to be hardback any more and the paper quality is now very poor. A Haynes manual is 100% better than nothing, but the Enthusiast's Manual which I got from MX5 parts at the same time is a far superior product. Many MX5 owners however will get both and there is a lot to be said for that.
