The fitting was nothing like as bad as the earlier reviews indicated. The most important thing is to make sure you have a good look at the existing position and alignment of the pop up lids before you remove anything. Removal is really straight forward. Fitting the new parts is tricky but I found it easier to manipulate the shape of the new cage where it hinges (placing the lid on top of the cage will give you a good idea which direction to manipulate, and this will not effect the direction of the beam which can be easily adjusted), and this allows the lids to be aligned properly, rather than trying to adjust the lugs on the existing lids. A small amount of filing on the outside front lug of the lid did the trick and alignment thereafter was easy. Probably impossible to set the lights without the assistance of MOT testing station and I still need to do this. It took more than an hour, and I fitted everything over three evenings. About six hours in total but this includes the long coffee breaks. High quality replacement part, rather expensive, but it looks pretty good.
