Agree with all the other reviews! I have waited years before taking the plunge to fit replacement headset speakers. I was afraid about unziping the seat (what if the 15 year old zips failed me?), afraid about cutting foam, afraid I would not understand the + or - cables...and so on. Well, I decided to test the zips before ordering and was glad to see they were fine! Read all the reviews (particularly the review just before this one). I definately recommend dismantling the old speakers and reusing the cables. My cable connectors for my old speakers were the correct ones for these JVC speakers (thank god!). I did not screw the speakers to anything (quite firm fit). It was quick and simple (as long as you have basic tools for dismantling the old speakers - hacksaw, pliers, etc.). However even though it did seem quick, it took me far longer than other people have quoted - over 1 hour to do all 4 speakers in both seats.
