Much much nicer than the original - real luxury feel to it.
Few words of warning when fitting though:
The gearknob on mine was hard work to unscrew, but eventually it just gave.
You will need to punch holes in the leather which is easy, but make sure they're evenly spaced so the gaiter isn't creased.
Just under the gear knob there is a ring that holds the top of the gaiter - mine had disintergrated (hey, it's an old car...) and has been replaced by a few rubber bands which seem to do the job OK.
