I got one of these from someone who had bought it here. The fitting was easy on my Mk1 Eunos Roadster - once I had worked out how the importer had wired the fog lamp. I needed to add an earth connection to get the indicator lamp to work but the diagram linked to in the other reviews showed me what went where.
As with other people, I noticed that the indicator bulb is hard to see when the switch is on. The bulb is quite dull (not a problem in itself - too bright would be annoying) but it is also recessed into the switch. In a RHD car, when the switch is on, it rocks away from the driver, pointing the recessed light towards the door and making it difficult, if not impossible to see from a normal driving position.
You can fit the switch upside down but this has 2 (minor) problems. The switch has a little lump on it and there is a notch in the dash to ensure you fit the switch the right way round. You can force it in upside down, or cut the swich/dash to make it fit. Both methods work. The other problem is that the switch now sits and rocks the opposite way to any other switches you may have - unless you fit them upside down too.
