I found that, with this fitted, when the boot is opened with the key, the lock would not return to allow the boot to close. Easily rectified, added the spring from another boot mechanism to give it a little more "kick".

Other than that, a great product, easy to fit. What more can you say except think carefully where you put the switch so that:

a) no-one can get into the boot when the car is parked with the roof down (this may sound daft, but I was all for mounting on the dash before I actually thought it through)

b) items stored in the centre console do not accidentally set it off while you are driving and you loose the contents of the boot going round the roundabout.
