No instructions but after reading other reviews first I didn't expect any. As stated by other reviewers, the bars need to be turned around first before fitting (thought i would give it a go first but didn't fit so took the advice) (its a bloke thing).

Fitted in less than ten minutes just bolts onto the hooks.

Worth £70? Not so sure but does look good.
