After fitting one of these I can't see why you'd want to spend the extra to get a new one, rather than than this reconditioned item. The only problem I had was removing the lug that locates/secures the handbrake cable - this part had to be removed from the old caliper and the 14mm bolt was not too interested in coming off. This made worse by the fact that the caliper is off the car at this point and very difficult to get any leverage on. A nearby friend with a vice and a long-handle ratchet saved the day. Advice being to spray the offending bolt with pentrating oil (e.g. WD40) each day for a good few days before fitment.
