I've bought this box recently for my '94 Eunos. Although it fits the gap perfectly there were no corresponding screw holes on the Cd/Radio metal chassis. I also could not manage to remove the surrounding facia for fear of breaking it.....it was just not coming off! However, the cubby box is neatly and firmly in place with the careful assistance of strong 'no more nails' You'd never no!
NO!!! The cubby box screws to the plastic fascia from behind, not to the cage. You HAVE to REMOVE the centre face plate in order to fit it correctly. This is done by removing the centre console, removing the single screw at the bottom of the face plate, removing the two eyeball vents (use a thin bar with a hook at the end, feed it through the fins of the eyeball and hook it behind the ball, then 'snap' it towards you) then remove the one screw above each eyeball socket. The cubbybox fits in the lower part of the opening and is fixed with the screws we supplied with it.
