Bought these after reading all reviews, hadfitted profesionally (about £100) have waited a while before writing review. when i first saw the car i hated it far too low looking , i have since grown to like the look but the front wheel occasional rubs on my 16 oz wheels!
Most serious thing is i think these springs are dangerous on several spirited drives on country roads my 5 has bottomed out, even without this it feels nevousy and twitchy and not at all relaxing to drive , i'm a normal driver and care too much for my car to believe in all this 'tail out' nonsence. only reason i haven't removed these is that this is my second car and only drive every fortnight or so - otherwise i couldn't live with them day to day.
first rate service from mx5 parts as usual but i can't recommend these!
Editors Note: You NEED to get your suspension geometery re set. This is an absolute MUST after fitting lowering springs. All will return to normal once you have done this.
