I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" apllies here.
Thought +£30 would represent a reasonable compromise between:
(i) looks - the front just doesn't look right with just that gaping hole;
(ii) the essential protection of something between the radiator and the outside world (still can't see how Mazda can get away without making this standard);and
Previous reviews looked OK and being stainless steel I thought it would do the job / look good just about forever.
The good news - it's easy to fit, seems to be fit for the protection job - but..... it's so thin that it constantly buckles in on itself and you're left with a concave grill.
Fitted last February, I've eventually given in to the frustration of having to reach behind it and pop the thing back into shape, so I've just ordered the Lockwood mesh grill!
I hope the old saying is right - because at +£80 this one will either work and look perfect or I''ll be looking for a refund!
Will post a review on the Lockwood next month.
