Not happy - sent the wrong grill despite identifying my model as a Berkley (only exists as a Mk1) - additional expense and hassle in getting it replaced. Checked reason - why is the drop-down box not in chronological order?! First and last order.
Editors Note: Just to clarify, Jonathan ordered the wrong grille. Although we do read any information entered in the comments box at the end of an order, we don't always pick up incorrectly orderd items. We did, of course, exchange it free of charge other than the postage.
