Some things you should know.

This deflector's pretty straight-forward to install, even for someone like me who's not very mechanically minded. Basically if you can put together an Ikea piece of flat packed furniture you can do this. In fact thinking about it the alan key is probably the same size as the one you need.

The tools required are a set of alan keys, a philips screwdriver, a hacksaw, and a sharp knife (e.g. Stanley). In the instructions they show that one should a file and not a knife, but I found the knife worked best. This was used to cut out the 22x7mm section from the headrests.

The instructions are very easy to understand, although it seems to imply that one should glue some of the screws, which I didn't bother with.

Some people have commented that it's too easy to put finger marks on the wind deflector. Well I thought i'd have to use gloves but as it goes i jus kept the deflector in its protective film until the last minute (just lifting the edges when doing the fixing) and take it off after.

On the whole I'm not sure whether it reduces the wind more than the factory original. I've got short hair so I only feel it blowing on my head. However it really makes a difference being able to see a lot more when looking through your rear view mirror.
