Things you are not told about this kit:
1) The wiring has no connector. Its supplied as bare wires you have to splice into your system.
2) You are going to need at least three 10mm bolts as they are not supplied with the kit
3) The holes in the window glass do not line up properly meaning you can only fit two of the three screws that locate the glass to the mechanism.
In the kits favour, it was fairly rapid to fit (an hour perhaps, but I have had the regulator out before so it was fairly quick to do), and there is no doubting an improvement in the movement. But just like the Decat pipe I bought from here last time it doesn't contain everything needed to fit, so if you don't have a garage with a few odds and ends in make sure you have;
1) something to connect the bare wires of the new motor to your car with
2) 3x 10mm bolts.
When I purchase an item such as this it would be fair to expect it to fit in with no faffing around, so I was a little disgruntled to be modifying the wiring and rummaging around in my box'o'bolts. However the finished product seems to be of a high quality. Not really suitable for your first MX5 DIY project though, so get some experience under your belt before attempting to install this, especially with the over simplified instructions.
4/5, point lost for not being a straightforward fit.
