It took me around 3 hours to do my passenger door, but I had previously had the trim panel off to suss the job out. I also had the "help" of a small but very inquisitive dog and did stop for at least 2 cups of tea.
Previous reviewers have mentioned the bolts required as being 30mm long. I found that 25mm is plenty long enough.
I didn't do it, but it would probably be easier to remove the external weatherstrips.
Most difficult part of the job was getting the old regulator out.
While you have the door cavity open, don't forget to check the drain holes.
