I ordered just the one cable initially as I could tell it was broken, however is I dismantled the motor assembly I found the other cable was 'chewed-up' around the drum (the drum was OK though). I ordered the other cable and it arrived the next day (just like the first one did). Fitting this cable is a real pain, practically the whole door (including the main glass) needs to be dismantled to enable you to feed both cable around the guides and back to the motor. I would recommend the haynes manual for reference as the cables come without any fitting instructions. It would not be impossible to fit without the manual, as long as you are organised and can remember how to rebuild the door after replacing the cable (you can always refer to the other door as it pretty much a mirror image) Anyway these cables are a quality product, and now my window goes up and down nicely :-)
You will need screwdrivers, a socket set, some grease, some rags (it can be messy) the manual and some time and patience.
Good Luck !
