much easier to fit than the cranckshaft oil seal and if you are doing the cambelt anyway, might as well do these for peace of mind.
just take the sprockets off the front of the cams and take the front bearing cap off.
as long as you're careful to line everything up, this should be a pretty straightforward job (but be careful not to use the head as a brace for the spanner holding the camshaft still when removing the nut holding the sprockets on - it is very soft and will dent before the nut comes off).
