Pay attention, this review is a little late but better late than never. If you are buying this kit it then do your self a favour and go and buy your self a new water pump at the same time. I have been told about pumps that have been fine on the 60,000 120,000 and 180,000 belt changes but for £40 odd quid and about another hrs worth of work trust me its well worth it. What makes it worse, my pump was making a chattering noise when I done my belt (first cambelt change and doing the locktite fix on my worn crank nose keyway-so mind was really else where) and i only thought about it after I was sitting back admiring my own handy work. Oh and remember to lock your cams, if your take two ajustable wrenches wack them on the machined hex on the cams, cross them over and then lock them with a g-clamp or molegrips. After that use a good paint pen and mark your old belt against the cam (I personally made three marks on each cam pully and two marks on the crank pulley) when you take your old belt off mark it tooth for tooth on your new belt and you will find your new belt will match your cam and crank marks perfectley.
Oh damn fine kit and a really tasty price. once again well done mx5 parts.
