It's a horrendous price, but at least it's half Mazda RRP. You need one of these if you hear a strange ticking noise from the RH wheelarch when cruising under light throttle (40mph in 5th, 30mph in 4th). This is better described as a "purge valve" and not a "3 way emissions valve" - all it does is allow fumes to be sucked into the manifold from the carbon canister when the engine can tolerate a bit of extra fuel in the mixture. 5 minute job to fit - one bolt (which may be rather stuck), two little vapour hoses and the electrical connector.
