I can reccommend these pads for stopping ability, they really do offer much more stopping power then the standard pads and are cheaper, however there are drawbacks:- they dust up far more then OEM pads, which is a it of a nuisance if like me you have nice shiney chrome wheels to keep clean. They do seem to wear out rather quickly although admittedly i do drive my car hard and cover a great distance (damn excellent handling lol) The reason I wouldn't buy another set however is that they (and all non mazda pads) don't come with any shims or anything, a big problem if like mine your old ones are worn out. Come on MX5parts/Greenstuff, do something about this please, I've now got a part worn set of pads which i must discard and go to the expense of buying OEM pads because i can't stand the creaking and groaning every time i apply the brakes. Otherwise, MX5parts are as useful as ever and I shall be using them again! ps I've just ordered some Goodridge braided brake hoses, why don't you stock these MX5parts? or superchargers? or a decent range of mk1 bodykits (Iwant the subtle wings west bodykit, but can't find a UK supplier)
