Recieved my hardtop today, and as expected when ordering something big from abroad in Norway, it was scratched... The delivery was handled by www. DACHSER.com/no. Utter CRAP!!! They have no way of tracking the shipment, POOR customer service (I paid by bills on time and they send me an invoice stating: lease of storage for one day, and then they take six days to deliver the hardtop to me. I\'m surprised they didn\'t charge me lease of storage for the full six days) and serve you additional bills for redicilous \"taxes\" after after you have given your money to MX5 parts for both the part and the shipping. I do understand that local taxes apply (25% in Norway) but \"handling fees\" in excess of 100 GBP is out of order. DO NOT order anything from MX5 parts to Norway without specifying what company you would like to take care of the shipping.
My rotary polisher and some 3M compound took care of most of the scratches, the hardtop fit the car just great, and after taking a spin in my MX5 with the new \"roof\" I\'m happy having bought the hardtop from MX5 parts, BUT I\'m not very fond of DACHSER...
MX5 parts are always a pleasure to deal with, but they should choose their shippers more wisely in my opinion.

Editors Note: Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you have experienced problems with the delivery. We send a large amount of different parcels to Norway and have not been made aware of any issues up to now so we will pass your comments on to our courier (not the one who actually makes the delivery) for their comments. As soon as we hear back from them a member of the sales team will be in touch.
