Turned up when mx5parts got it back in stock fitted straight away no problems, a very expensive necessity as my old one was very brittle and disintegrating as I removed it.
Thought the matt finish would be similar to the replacement centre console but it isn't and it looks like it will be a bugger to keep looking tip top as it marks so easily.
I'm sure a piece like this could be produced a lot cheaper in a finish that suits early Roasters/MX5's better!

Sorry Ed had to change my previous review since driving home last night in the sunshine with the top down. Because of the finish, in the sun it almost has a brown tinge to it, it doesn't look like a genuine piece doesn't compliment the rest of the interior and generally looks awful!
Still think there must be a better replacement for brittle and broken cowls.

Editors Note: This is a Genuine Mazda part and normally retails at £141.16! The finish is Matt grey/black.
