A well made and lovely finish to this bit of kit fitting is easy to the ND no other bracket is required if your taking the stock one out ...this user's the same attachments. But the passengers side fitment can be a little tricky as you might have to cut and replace two mounting studs then you would require two 6mm 30mm length bolts and two half penny washers and 2 x 6mm nuts for replacement takes around 1 hour to fit start to finish but looks Awesome .......
