Probably the lowest quality torque wrench you can find. Way overpriced, particularly if you consider this is a Draper tool for starter, but even more when you realise it's probably another chinese rebranded thing (as it's often the case with this brand, quite the same as Silverline).
The thing looks and feel crappy in your hand despite the nice plastic carry case it's supplied with, the whole ratchet unit wobbles (yeah, I think this is the right word) like if it wants to fall appart, and sometimes it even needs to fiddle with it to make it work properly. More like a toy than a real tool then.
But the worst part is when it comes to using it... sometimes it clicks when the selected torque has been reached, sometimes not... maybe it's not in the mood, I don't know, but when that happens (not just once in a while unfortunately, you always have to double check), you keep tightening the bolt until you reach a point you realise you should have already gone past the torque you set because it feels weird. Then you unset the wrench, reset it, retry, and now it immediately clicks hard just like it wants to say "hell yeah you overtorqued this dumbass, what you thought?!".
Better avoid this thing if you want your fastening to stay safe. Purchased this to complete with the 1/2 30 - 210nm torque wrench I'm using without problem for years, and also mainly because I had to rebuilt a complete engine + a differential last year. Thought it'd be a useful bit to add to my toolbox... well... seems I was wrong. Needless to say the rebuild process turned quite dreadful each time it came to torquing little internal things.
