Having bought a couple of aftermarket gauges, I wanted to change the dials and needles on the car to match, so bought the white dial kit and mixed up some bright red paint and ...
The kit is quite fiddly to fit, but the instructions are clear and easy to understand. To get the best effect on the needles, I'd read elsewhere to scrape the white paint off the back of the needles before painting the backs, which was quite straightforward to do.
The only real problem I had was initially the temperature gauge didn't work after fitting, but it turned out that I'd just pushed the needle too far home, so it was quite easy to rectify.
The final effect is very good indeed in daylight. Not quite as good as the stock dials at night (the lighting is a little uneven) but perfectly acceptable nonetheless.
