Scimitar International recognise that the consumer marketing information we maintain must be used responsibly, in beneficial ways and with respect to individual choice.

Reporting Security Issues

The MX5parts team takes security bugs seriously. We appreciate your efforts to responsibly disclose your findings and will make every effort to acknowledge your contributions. We follow PCI DSS Compliance requirements and use COMODO to regularly check our systems for potential security issues or updates that need to be applied.

To report a security issue, email and include the word “SECURITY” in the subject line.

MX5parts IT team will send a response indicating the next steps in handling your report. After the initial reply to your report, the security team will keep you informed of the progress towards a fix and full announcement and may ask for additional information or guidance.
